Shipping policy

All orders for in stock product will be shipped within 5 business days. Custom orders will be discussed with the customer throughout the order process. Items will be shipped via the method chosen by the customer. Once the carrier has the package, Dragontail Forge releases all liability for delivery of the package to the carrier.
